24/7 video monitoring
Every bay and entrance is monitored around the clock. Footage is reviewed for incidents and handled per our privacy policy.
One-time door codes
Access codes work only for your reserved bay window. No shared keys, no unattended open doors, full entry logs.
Waivers on file
Every player signs a digital waiver before their first session — including guests, with parent/guardian signatures for juniors.
In-app emergency support
One tap in the ParX app reaches emergency support at any hour. Facility staff can be dispatched and authorities alerted immediately.
Safety equipment on site
First-aid kits and an AED are mounted near the entrance, with posted locations and instructions in every bay.
Controlled, logged access
The facility is never anonymously accessible. Every entry is tied to a verified member account and booking.
Families & Juniors
Built with juniors in mind
Junior Par memberships are parent-linked: guardians control booking, receive session notifications, and sign all waivers. After-school hours keep juniors playing during monitored, high-traffic windows.
