Receive your confirmation
An instant confirmation email lands in your inbox with your bay number, session time, and everything you need before you arrive. No calling ahead, no waiting on hold.
Get your door code
15 minutes before your session starts, a unique one-time door code is sent directly to your phone. It works only for your bay window — no key, no check-in desk, no staff needed.
Enter and start playing
Type your code at the entrance to unlock the facility. Your simulator bay fires up automatically with your player profile already loaded — your calibration, preferences, and session history, ready to go.
Extend if you want more
As your session winds down, the app will notify you. If the bay is available, extend in 30-minute increments right from your phone — no interruption to your round, no extra codes needed.
The facility is monitored 24/7 with video surveillance and in-app emergency support — so you can focus on your game.
